Makerere University Avails Scholarship Opportunities to Diploma Holders

Makerere University is the pioneer university in Uganda that has for a long time inspired a number of students to join university partly due to their high academic standards, and it’s track record of being among the top universities in Africa as ranked, but most importantly the very best university over the years in Uganda

The university through the office of the academic registrar is suitably inviting applications from diploma holding students who would wish to upgrade and further their academic pursuits from the mighty hill to apply in the different programs, under the government sponsorship scheme

These applicants are required to posses at least a credit or second class diploma or it’s equivalent in their respective fields of interest that has to be from a recognized institution plus the Uganda certificate of education results slip that should equally come with at least 5 passes, on top of the Uganda advanced certificate of education results slip with at least one principal pass and two subsidiary passes

These interested students are requested to submit their applications and the certified documents to the admissions office not later than 29th November, a gross period of a month and a half, these are equally required to attach their birth certificates on top of a non refundable application fee of UGX 50,000 paid to the bank before submitting the filled application form
